Playing Catch Up!

Here's what the little ones are up to while the big boys are at school.....

Playing dress up can be tiring! Sparty decided to join Delaney for her nap :)

Notice the toilet paper in Delaney's underwear? She came out of the bathroom and I noticed that there, and took a picture. When I showed her it was toilet paper she said 'that's what happened! I lost mine and had to get new ones!' Not sure what happened but it made me laugh!

Our puppy....I mean Kahle! He LOVES to fetch balls, and will get made if he brings you a ball and you don't throw it for him. Gotta love this kid!!

We are doing great (besides the sicknesses that keep going through our house)! We have 3 out of the 5 sick right now!

We are still waiting to hear on the job, and continue to pray for something to come up soon!

Blessings from Heaven....

I recently was contacted by someone, letting me know I was randomly selected as a winner to a drawing I entered last August. All I could think of was that it was a scam of some sort, and even had Jeff read the e-mail. I replied back to her, just to see what it was all about! Come to find out, another blogger who was suppose to pick a winner for this same drawing didn't ever do it, and they cannot contact her. So they asked the lady (who's blog I entered on) to pick another person....and that person just happened to be ME!!!

The prize....a $500 Gift Card to Walmart!!!

Even communicating with them I was still a bit skeptical about the whole thing, that was until today when I got the e-mail from them telling me how to activate my card once it came, and then Jeff checking the mail and there it was!

It's things like this, or having friends who look out for us and provide things for my family, when I know without any doubt that my Heavenly Father is aware of us and our situation! He is blessing us through others, and looking out for us! I am so grateful for the MANY blessings in my life! For friends and family who are blessings in our lives!!!

Springs Preserve

The 2nd grade classes went on a fieldtrip to the Springs Preserve! We have never been there and so Haden was super excited to go! He wanted his Dad to go with him on this one, but they had already picked the parent volunteers. One of Haden's teachers told me that if one of us wanted to go, we could just meet them there. So Jeff planned on doing that, but Thursday morning when Jeff dropped the boys off at the school Haden's teacher told him there was enough room on the bus for him to ride it instead. So off they went!

Our morning started out finding that Leprechauns had visited us, by tipping over the ottoman....

AND the table and chairs!!! They also turned our milk and our toilet water green!

And please don't ask about Delaney's posing, I am not sure where she has gotten it from, lol!!

We ate green eggs with ham and toast (and the green milk)!!

The treats we did for the boys class, rainbow cookies and snickers!

A big Thank you to Jeff who helped make the cookies by rolling out the dough and helping me keep the layers straight!

We had a fun day, and holidays are always brighter with little ones around :)

Jeff got to go on a field trip with Haden (I will post pictures later) and Grant had Leprechauns who visited his classroom today!

The night will be ended with rainbow jell-o (minus the purple, the store was out, lol)

Secret Garden at the Mirage!!

Grant's class went to the Secret Garden at the Mirage today, and it is an Awesome field trip!! I think I was just as excited if not more than Grant, lol! Grant was so cute through out the whole field trip and wanted me to be right by him. He loved the bus ride, and really loved the whole Secret Garden! It is a place I definitely want to take the family to when we have a job....SO fun!
